Treadmill has been an amazing asset to fitness industry. It is very easily accessible and easy to use.  As a form of cardio exercise, using a treadmill is an excellent way of burning calories and losing weight. There has always been a debate on whether to use a treadmill or not. Running inside on a treadmill and outside are both great workouts, but there are some pros like

1. Workout can be done at home

2. Saves time

3. It’s a one-time investment

4. Help Improve Your Running Cadence

 As well as it has its own cons too like

1.    Doesn’t improve agility

2.    Do not work on all the muscles

3.    Inflict too much of a jarring impact on the back or stress the hip, knee, and ankle joints

4.    Becomes boring after a particular period of time

Whereas on the other hand Group fitness and cardio sessions are taking a good grip in fitness industry. It’s just not help with your physical fitness but it also treat you with mental fitness as well.

Group fitness session are cardio session where you train with others for fitness or as a form of physical recreation for fun. There are valuable advantages to exercising as part of a group versus going it alone. They include the motivation of being bolstered by those around you, the effortless social aspect of group dynamics and the ability to choose different exercises based on your goals and does not have any cons.

Group fitness also lets us relive a part of childhood that often gets lost when we become adults: the joy of playing with others. As adults, we still value friendship and community, but often do not see many avenues to combine them with fitness. Group exercise is an excellent answer to this problem.

Furthermore, classes are designed to give you an efficient workout in a fun environment. They also dictate a schedule that will help you keep exercise in your routine, as well as some measure of accountability to remain committed to the goal. Surrounded by friends and upbeat music, you may find the time flies by with you hardly noticing.
