About Us

LYS fitness is a fitness center for Women and kids looking for ultimate fitness goal through conglomeration of 6 elements involving Nutrition, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Meditation and Relaxation.

  1. Nutrition: We provide fat loss and weight gain diets plans. Diets are also prepared according to individual’s health issue.
  2. Strength: Strength is not just about building up muscle but building up body strength. We have our gym section for strength training area.
  3. Endurance: For endurance, we have different group fitness sessions like Zumba & Strong By Zumba, HIIT workouts, Kickboxing, Body Sculpting and Cross fit. 
  4. Flexibility: For flexibility, we have Yoga and Yoga Dance.
  5. Meditation: For meditation, we have guided meditation.
  6. Relaxation: For relaxation, we have body massage and acupressure.

Our aim is to work towards wellness, achieving fitness through a combination of mental, physical and spiritual avenue.

A holistic approach to health is essential to address the leading cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms. It takes everything into account and encourages people to take charge of their health and well-being. It is also essential to prevent illnesses and find long term solutions for existing illnesses.
